Summer rolls

1 can of Fishpeas exotic spread
Rice paper
Nori
Fresh cucumber
Spinach
Green onion
Red cabbage
Carrots
Wasabi
Gluten-free soy sauce

Cut veggies:
Soak rice paper in water for a minute:
Place rice paper and nori on board and fill
with veggies and spread, roll, cut in 2 pieces.
Served with wasabi and soy sauce.
