1 can of Fishpeas flakes with chili
Rice noodles – leave in salted hot water for 5 min
Snowpeas
Oyster mushrooms
Zucchini
Carrots
Red onion
Paprika
Fry everything on a hot pan and mix with Fishpeas flakes.
Serve on top of noodles and pour with
peanut butter sauce and green onion.
Peanut butter sauce (mix together):
Peanut butter
Rice vinegar
Gluten-free soy sauce
